[Belimumab 治疗耐药和进行性皮肤型红斑狼疮: 一项回顾性单中心研究]。

Abstract:

背景: Belimumab 目前被批准用于治疗活动性系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)。我们研究的目的是评估 belimumab 治疗对常规治疗耐药的皮肤型红斑狼疮 (CLE) 的疗效。 患者和方法: 回顾性分析 7 例耐药和进行性 LEC 患者，并接受 belimumab 治疗。治疗 6 ~ 12 个月后，采用 CLASI 、 RCLASI 和 DLQI 评分评价 belimumab 的疗效和安全性。 结果: 根据 CLASI 和 RCLASI 活动评分，80-3% 的患者表现出显著的临床改善，包括 1 个完全反应和 4 个部分反应，CLASI 和 RCLASI 损伤评分没有恶化。80% 的患者也表现出生活质量的改善 (DLQI)。所有患者停用口服皮质类固醇。耐受性可接受，仅有 1 例严重不良事件 (菌血症)。 结论: 我们的研究表明 belimumab 在一系列 7 例呈现耐药和进行性 CLE 的患者中的临床疗效。
