Abstract:

目的: 研究温热无菌水是否能增强低渗休克对抗无菌水膀胱癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法: 将 4 株不同级别的膀胱癌细胞株 (T24 、 RT4 、 J82 和 RT112) 置于无菌水中，在显微镜下密切观察形态学变化。测定水暴露后细胞膜完整性和细胞活力的变化，以确定水诱导低渗休克的影响。此外，分析了温无菌水的影响。结果: T24 、 RT4 和 J82 细胞在暴露于水后立即开始肿胀，随后在五分钟内破裂。RT112 细胞表现出有限的低渗肿胀，10 min 后细胞破裂明显减少。T24 、 RT4 、 J82 的 10 min 活细胞百分比分别为 1.6 ± 0.8% 、 3.5 ± 3.5% 、 5.0 ± 3.2% 和 22.0 ± 10.3%, 和 RT112，分别。RT112 细胞在 48 ℃ 无菌水中一分钟的活细胞百分比为 0%。结论: 这些发现支持无菌水对膀胱癌细胞的疗效，并揭示温热无菌水增强了低渗性休克的杀细胞作用，有可能避免根治性手术的需要。
