Abstract:

目的: 本研究的目的是评估法国留尼旺岛接受静脉体外膜肺氧合 (VV-ECMO) 的患者流感大流行后死亡率, 通过与其他接受 VV-ECMO 的患者的发生率进行比较。 设计: 回顾性、描述性、单中心队列研究。主要结局是在接受 VV-ECMO 的参考人群中，基于呼吸体外膜氧合生存预测评分 (RESP 评分) 四分位数的流感标准化死亡率。 单位: 重症监护病房 (ICU)，费利克斯 Guyon 医院，留尼汪大学教学医院，法国留尼汪。 参与者: 流感聚合酶链反应阳性的 ECMO 连续患者。 干预措施: 无。 测量和主要结果: 从 2013年1月到 2017年12月，连续 27 例患者因流感聚合酶链反应阳性在 ICU 住院。24 例流感患者接受了 ECMO，包括 18 例 VV-ECMO 患者。在此期间，72 例需要 VV-ECMO 的患者在 ICU 住院。VV-ECMO 治疗的流感患者总体死亡率为 61%，而非流感患者为 46%。RESP 评分每四分位数的标准化死亡率比为 1.28 (95% 置信区间 0.61-2.35)。 结论: 在团聚中，重症流感患者接受 VV-ECMO 的死亡率并不低于所有接受 VV-ECMO 患者的预期死亡率。
